Grilled Jalapenos in Mexico

Our family recently vacationed in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.  One of the restaurants we had lunch at, Zippers, offered grilled jalapeno's as an appetizer.  They were fantastic!  So simple and so good.

I'm going to give this a try on the Big Green Egg soon…I'll be sure to report back when I do.

  1. Success! I slow roasted jalapenos that I simply washed and brushed olive oil on… I used indirect heat at about 250 for around an hour.

The peppers turned out smokey, sweet and (of course) spicy!
