What to make after you've been to Ocean Shores and you've had your (temporary) fill of fried Razor Clams?  Spaghetti!  This was my first attempt and it was gobbled up by the family.  With that said, it was not a "feast for the eyes"…it's very beige and very tasty.  The next time I make this, I will be sure to have some fresh parsley on hand to sprinkle over the top.

Boil spaghetti as directed on package.

Saute 1 diced sm. sweet onion in olive oil and butter until translucent.

Add a tablespoon (or so) of crushed garlic and cook on low heat for a few minutes.

Add chopped fresh razor clams.  I estimate I had about a cup.

Saute until cooked.   Add about 1 cup of white wine and simmer.   You might want to add a drizzle more of olive oil and pepper flakes are a nice option.

Add cooked spaghetti (or other favorite pasta) and mix.  Top with a generous amount of fresh good Parmesan and fresh chopped parsley.

Enjoy!

PS:  When I make this again, IF I have parsley, I'll update this post with a photo.
